James A. Nelson, DDS
Dr. Jim Nelson has been practicing dentistry in Bismarck since 1985. Dr Nelson grew up in Ortonville, MN. He completed his undergraduate studies at North Dakota State University in Fargo and then went on to graduate with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota. He is a member of the North Dakota Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
He resides in Bismarck with his wife Lorri. Some of Dr. Jim's hobbies include golfing, hunting, traveling, going to movies, flying and ranching.
Crystal D. Overby, DDS
Dr. Crystal (Schmidt) Overby originates from Bismarck, ND. She is an honor graduate of Saint Mary's Central High School. Dr. Crystal completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Mary where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor's of Science. She graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Crystal recently received the "Quality Care in a Caring Manner" award for excellence in patient care. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Dakota Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Dr. Crystal is married to her wonderful husband Ryan, who is from Mohall, ND. Together they are the proud parents of the their son, Easton, and their dog, Bella. Dr. Crystal enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys spending time at the lake, water sports, jogging, and music. Dr. Crystal enjoys treating patients of all ages and aims to provide each patient with a comfortable dental experience.
Kristin R. Schoch, DDS
Dr. Kristin (Kovar) Schoch is originally from New England, ND. She is an honor graduate of New England High School. Dr. Kristin completed her undergraduate studies at Dickinson State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Biology. She graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in Denver, CO. She is a member of the American Dental Association, North Dakota Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the Delta Sigma Delta Dental Fraternity.
Dr. Kristin is married to her childhood sweetheart, Brock, who is from Mohall, ND. They are the proud parents of their son, Boston, and their basset hound, Copper. Dr. Kristin enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking Copper on walks, reading, jogging, and being outdoors. She understands the value of hard work, prides herself on having solid ethics and cherishes the opportunity to work in a team environment.
