As a service to our patients, all insurance claims are sent electronically to your dental insurance provider. However, please understand that insurance companies vary greatly in the amount of coverage for dental procedures.
We accept and electronically submit all insurances, but are only a participating provider for the following carriers:
- Delta Dental (Premier)
- Dental Service Corporation (BCBS of ND)
- United Concordia
- Cigna Radius

Our treatment coordinators will provide you with a detailed estimate for your future treatment based on your insurance company’s benefits. If you do not have dental insurance a detailed estimate of recommended treatment will be provided to you.
